We encourage customers to taste sweets at our shop before purchasing. Once you have approved and purchased the product, it is considered final.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Because our sweets are fresh and perishable food items, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

However, we allow exchanges under the following terms:

  • Exchanges are permitted within 1 hour of purchase only.

  • The original mithai or halwa must be returned in its original quantity and condition.

  • You may exchange for another sweet or mithai of equal value only.

  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to in-store and delivery purchases (within the defined time frame).

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please report it immediately upon receipt. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement where applicable.
