Return & Cancellation Policy – Bombay Sweets

At Bombay Sweets, each confection is freshly prepared, delicately crafted, and highly perishable in nature. In order to maintain the utmost standards of quality and hygiene, we have outlined the following policy:

Returns

• All products have a limited shelf life of 24 hours.

• Confections prepared with dairy (such as milk or cream-based sweets) may last only 4–8 hours, subject to climatic conditions.

• For this reason, once delivered, returns cannot be accepted under normal circumstances.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided that preparation or dispatch has not commenced.

• Once preparation or shipping has begun, cancellations will unfortunately not be possible.

Quality Concerns

• If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged package, or sweets that appear compromised in quality, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

• Our team will promptly investigate and offer a replacement or store credit, as deemed appropriate.
