Bombay Sweets (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”) operates under its registered business in Karachi, Pakistan. By visiting our website or purchasing from our stores, you (the customer/user) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or ordering.

General Use

By using our site or services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Any access to our platform, whether via desktop, mobile, or other devices, constitutes acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree, we advise you to discontinue use of our services.

Product Nature & Returns

  • Our sweets are freshly prepared and have a short shelf life.

  • Non-dairy mithai generally remains consumable for up to 24 hours.

  • Dairy-based mithai (e.g., milk, cream, paneer items) have a shelf life of only 4–8 hours, depending on climate.

  • Due to this perishable nature, returns or exchanges are not possible once the product has been collected or delivered.

Order & Collection

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (PKT), Monday–Friday, will be prepared the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.

  • Weekend orders (after Friday 1:00 PM) are fulfilled on Monday or the next working day, excluding public holidays.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation when their order is ready.

  • At the time of collection, customers must present their order confirmation and, if requested, a valid ID.

Eligibility

  • Only individuals 18 years and above are eligible to place orders independently.

  • Minors may order under the supervision of parents/guardians, who accept responsibility.

  • We strictly prohibit wholesale or bulk purchases intended for resale. Our products are solely for personal/domestic consumption.

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Final price payable is the one visible at checkout.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided preparation has not begun.

  • Once preparation or delivery dispatch has started, cancellation will not be possible.

  • In case of fraudulent activity or misuse, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, variations may occur in shape, size, colour, or appearance due to the nature of fresh preparation.

  • Bombay Sweets shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or food sensitivities; customers are advised to check ingredients carefully before purchase.

  • We do not provide warranties of any kind for perishable goods beyond the recommended shelf life.

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, brand names, designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Bombay Sweets.

  • No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Termination

Bombay Sweets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its platform or services at any time, without prior notice, in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity.
