Return & Exchange Policy

At Bombay Sweets, we take great pride in preparing and serving our sweets fresh and with the highest quality standards. As our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a purchase has been made and the product has left our premises.

Before Purchase

We always encourage our valued customers to taste the mithai before making a purchase. Once you are satisfied with the taste and quality, you may proceed with your order.

Exchange Policy

If, after purchasing, you are not satisfied and wish to exchange the mithai or halwa you bought, please note the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 1 hour of purchase only.

  • The original mithai or halwa must be returned in its original condition and quantity.

  • You may exchange it for another mithai or sweet of equal value only.

  • No cash refunds or partial refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

As per our food safety standards, perishable products such as sweets, halwa, and other confectionery items cannot be returned or refunded once they have left the shop premises.

Damages or Issues

In the rare event that your order is incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery, please report it immediately at the shop or by contacting us within 1 hour of purchase. We will review the situation and offer a suitable exchange where applicable.
